We work with two fantastic venues to deliver our residential Summer School programmes. Our younger students will stay at Truro High School and our older students will stay on the Falmouth University campus. Both these venues are perfect for the different age groups to enjoy.
As a family-run school, we are closely involved in all aspects of our courses. We personally know all our teachers and activity staff so we know the students on our courses are going to feel safe and have a fun time in the UK with us. |
On all our summer programmes, our students will study in international groups with students of a similar age and level.
Cornwall is the perfect destination for teenagers in the UK. It is one of the safest parts of England away from the big cities that are too busy. In Cornwall, everything is about being outside enjoying the fresh air and lots of sporting activities. Cornwall is full of fantastic cultural attractions and beaches for watersports and summer BBQs. Our summer school programme includes 15 hours of English language classes each week. Classes are held in small groups with a maximum of 12 students in a class. Our qualified teachers will ensure the English classes are fun but also communicative and students will have lots of opportunities to use and develop their English. We can also provide exam preparation classes if required. |
In the afternoons, we make the most of everything Cornwall has to offer. We ensure students enjoy the best activities and excursions possible, creating holiday memories that will last a lifetime.
Our typical afternoon activities include: surfing, SUP, coasteering, 10-pin bowling, football, tennis, cycling and beach games and BBQs. You can get more information about our watersports activities from our partner Elemental UK who we use for many of our watersports activities. During your programme you will go on cultural excursions to: St Ives and Tate St Ives, Falmouth and the National Maritime Museum, Porthcurno and the Telegraph Museum, outdoor theatre at The Minack Theatre, plus the world famous Eden Project. |
All our Summer School courses include:
- 15 hours per week of English (EFL) language classes
- 3 half-day excursions per week + 1 full day excursion
- Daily sporting and cultural activities including surfing lessons
