STUDY HOLIDAY COURSES FOR FAMILIES
Enjoying a language course with your family can be one of the most rewarding holiday activities possible.
Adults and children will enjoy English language classes in the mornings in small groups with other students of a similar age and level.
Our experienced teachers will ensure the classes are fun but also communicative and students will have lots of opportunities to use and develop their English. We can also provide exam preparation classes, if required.
At Language Tree, we put a great deal of effort into designing the perfect family programme where you can enjoy both family activities together and also separate activities with other students of a similar age.
When you are booking your family course, you can tell us your preferred excursions and activities. Through discussions with you, we aim to provide you with the perfect family course programme for your whole family.
One of the greatest benefits of our family programme is that younger students can enjoy some independence and meet other students from around the world while also being able to stay with their parents for other activities. Parents can relax, develop their language skills and enjoy Cornwall while knowing their children are being well looked after by our experienced and well-trained staff.
Our typical afternoon activities include: surfing, SUP, coasteering, 10-pin bowling, football, tennis, cycling and beach games and BBQs. You can get more information about our watersports activities from our partner Elemental UK who we use for many of our watersports activities.
During your programme you will go on cultural excursions that will include these fantastic places around Cornwall: St Ives and Tate St Ives, Falmouth and the National Maritime Museum, Porthcurno and the Telegraph Museum, outdoor theatre at The Minack Theatre, plus the world famous Eden Project.
By the end of the day all the family will have had great adventures to talk about and share with the rest of the family.
All our study holiday courses include:
- 15 or 20 hours per week of English (EFL) language classes
- 4 half-day excursions per week + 1 full day excursion
- Daily sporting and cultural activities
